Positioning overlap
The £199 first-site offer, Growth proposition and advanced services were intertwined.
Live case study · Phase 1
We applied the Yarty Growth Website process to our own business—clarifying the offer, rebuilding every important route and installing the evidence needed to improve it over 90 days.
The starting problem
Yarty had a compelling “see it before you decide” offer, a developing accountancy proposition and an ambition to build useful AI systems. On one homepage, those ideas competed rather than working together.
The website could explain services, but it did not help a visitor recognise their stage, understand the right next step or give us reliable evidence about what happened afterwards.
Our own website needed to demonstrate the commercial discipline we were proposing to customers.
The £199 first-site offer, Growth proposition and advanced services were intertwined.
A large body of draft work existed, but its visual impact and purpose were inconsistent.
Important actions opened the visitor’s email application instead of completing a reliable journey.
Without agreed events and reporting, improvement would have depended on opinion.
The strategic move
Instead of organising the website around everything Yarty can sell, we organised it around the customer’s present need.
For businesses with no effective website. A low-risk, see-it-first route from £199.
Outcome: get found, build trust, make contact easy. For established businesses whose website should contribute more commercially.
Outcome: position, prove, convert and improve. For businesses ready to use AI, automation or connected data for a defined job.
Outcome: save time or handle opportunities better. What the engagement changed
Clear audiences, outcomes, pricing, boundaries and next steps replaced a blended service story.
Dedicated First Website, Growth, Accountancy and Advance routes now serve different buying decisions.
Local identity, company details, transparent disclaimers and a visual body of work create confidence without overclaiming.
Hosted forms, confirmation journeys, qualification questions, validation and spam protection replaced fragile mail links.
GA4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after consent, with commercial events defined in advance.
A weekly dashboard, UTM register and 90-day review programme turn “we’ll improve it” into an observable process.
Measurement before claims
We defined the funnel before using the data. That prevents convenient metrics being selected after the fact and keeps attention on commercially meaningful behaviour.
A living record
The implementation is complete. The optimisation story begins once GA4 has established a baseline and enough behaviour exists to support a decision.
Journeys, hosted forms, consent controls, events and reporting framework implemented.
CompleteEarly funnel and behaviour review. One meaningful improvement will be recorded here.
Awaiting dataTraffic quality, conversion paths and lead quality reviewed together.
ScheduledVerified results, changes, failures and next-quarter priorities.
ScheduledMethodology note: no increase in enquiries, customers or revenue is claimed at Phase 1. Future figures will use consent-based analytics and Yarty’s own commercial records, with the measurement period stated.
The lesson so far
Strategy creates the foundation. Measurement shows where reality differs from the plan. Optimisation closes that gap.
